I had a fantastic experience at Robbins Eye Care from start to finish! The welcoming atmosphere starts right at the front desk—the receptionist was so friendly, warm, and efficient with the check-in process. A special shoutout to Amber, the doctor’s assistant, who was absolutely amazing. She was kind, thorough, and put me right at ease during the preliminary testing. Her customer service and attention to detail were top-notch. Dr. Robbins was equally awesome—attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. It is rare to find a practice where every single staff member delivers such incredible customer service. I highly recommend Robbins Eye Care to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

I hadn't been to a eye doctor in a couple years and suddenly I was experiencing spots and lightening in my left eye. I called to make an appointment and the cleared me a space that very day! I was so amazed how proficient and knowledgeable they were considering my condition. I was nervous going in but felt better knowing I had the best care that day. Well, for my first time coming there, the price is immaculate. The customer service is so great and wonderful. The people are very friendly and helpful. The young lady that waited on me. She was so kind and she was so so so giving of herself and very personal and sometimes we don’t get that and sometimes we need that but I think y’all for being who y’all are and the people that you come in contact with thank you so much for being and I thought the doctor was on point. I thought he was so cool. I love that Doctor my goodness I love him. I love him thank you again.

As someone who had a great eye doctor in the past and having recently relocating to this area of Massachusetts, I was looking for a similar experience, a small business feel and a practice that didn’t consider me just one of 1 million customers. I’ve had a great experience from start to finish with Robins Eye. I made a phone call a week ago to set up a new patient visit, they were able to schedule me and see me in under a week. I had my appointment today. They were on time. The office was clean. The staff was friendly. Dr Robins was great and very detailed, their glasses center was fantastic and very helpful. I highly recommend visiting this Dr and his practice.

i just moved here from alabama and i went in today to have an eye exam and the staff were great! everyone was super nice and helpful. i will definitely be coming back. They took time to answer any questions i had and talked me through the whole exam.
